Celebrations and Functions are our specialty at Lee Valley.  Celebrate your special event with us here at Lee Valley Golf & Country Club. Offering excellent service, attention to detail and tempting menus to suit all palates, you can make the most of your celebration by choosing from the wonderful array of options available in our restaurant and function area.

Celebrating Communion and Confirmation days at Lee Valley has been a long-standing custom with many families for years and years – a tradition we are proud of and one that we work really hard to uphold. Our Communion and Confirmation Menus are available for lunch and evening bookings – just call us on (021) 7331721 to book.

We cater for every occasion at Lee Valley Golf & Country Club, including Christenings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Communions, Confirmations & Retirements, and have menus to suit every occasion. Buffets, BBQs and Finger Food options are amongst our specialities, though we can also help create your own unique menu with the help of our Restaurant Manager.

See below an example of a selection of our set menus. This list is not exhaustive and it can be changed to suit your requirements.

Menu A

Fresh Soup of the Evening (C)  

With homemade brown soda bread (Gluten free bread available upon request)

Salmon, Cod, Lime and Chilli Thai Fish Cake

Accompanied with a coriander citrus aioli.


Warm Chicken, Smoked Bacon & Chorizo Salad 

Sautéed potatoes, ginger, coriander & chilli dressing




Golden Fried Brie Wedges Rocket and Bean Sprout Salad (V)

Coated in a crispy herb crumb & served with apricot chutney

 




Succulent Turkey Crown & Honey Glazed Baked Ham

Served with an aromatic cranberry herb stuffing glazed and pan roast jus.




Baked Fillet of Irish Salmon

With a crispy herb, garlic, parmesan crust, accompanied with a white wine,

cream and tomato concasse sauce




Oven Roasted Supreme of Chicken Supreme

 With colcannon potato stuffing, braised leeks & fresh thyme jus.




Chef’s Flavorsome Madras Curry (Chicken or Vegetable) (V) (C)

Served with mango chutney, poppadum, rice & fries




10 oz Irish Sirloin Steak on a Bed of Rosemary and Garlic Mash (C)

Towered with a red onion marmalade, choice of pink pepper corn sauce, gravy or garlic butter (€6 supplement)

 

 All above served with Selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes

Irish Baileys and Toffee Cheesecake On a Crunch Biscuit Base with Butter Scotch Sauce

Lemon, chive, tomato concasse with a garden pea and chorizo cream sauce




Chicken Supreme stuffed with Quinoa Ginger & Orange Zest

On steamed baby carrots, verjuice butter




Chargrilled Irish Pork Cutlet

De Roiste black pudding, creamy mash, a pan roast jus and a tomato & raisin chutney




Vegetarian Fettuccine a la Carbonara (V)

Wild mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese in a coating of parsley & cream sauce with garlic bread
