Located only 15 minutes from Cork city, Lee Valley Golf & Country Club is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of southern Ireland. Enjoy a game of golf around our picturesque, 18-hole Championship golf course. Relax and eat a hearty meal in the Lee Valley Bar & Restaurant or get away from it all with a stay at one of our four star holiday homes.

This Cork golf club has been recognised as one of the top golf courses in the country over and over again, which is evident by its inclusion in the Top 100 golf courses in Ireland on three separate occasions by judges at Golf Digest.

Events

Are you looking for an event venue in Cork? Host your communion, confirmation, birthday, retirement or christening party here at Lee Valley, and we will tailor the day to meet your exact requirements. Our menus include the very best local produce, which will be cooked on site by our experienced catering team, and there are a number of options available for younger visitors.

Society Outings

We have a number of packages for societies.  If you are looking for a day trip, we have a number of enticing food and golf packages your group will enjoy.  These include golf and a four course meal or BBQ.  Societies are also offered complimentary use of our 25 seater coach to pick you up and return you home.  Without the responsibility of driving, visitors to Lee Valley can enjoy their day in full.  Use of the bus is dependent on advance booking, numbers booked and itinerary.

Society Play & Stay Packages

We have 4-star holiday homes available on the course and a 25-seater coach that can pick up your group from the airport, to Cork City for a night on the town and even to play other golf courses in the area.  Check out our Play and Stay packages here.

With spectacular views that overlook both the golf course as well as the spectacular Lee Valley and its surrounding countryside, there is no better place to celebrate your special day. Guests will relax and enjoy the stunning views and function area, while dining on the best of local ingredients and recipes.

However, while we aim to make everyone’s time at Lee Valley as enjoyable as possible, our main focus is providing a true test of skill and a challenge to golfers of all ages, handicaps and abilities. We are very proud of our association with Irish Ryder Cup star Christy O’Connor, who designed the course, and we have a variety of packages available to anyone booking a golf break in Cork or a golf society outing.
